Fort Bridging is the specialist property finance desk for investors and developers. We arrange bridging, commercial, buy-to-let and development finance across the whole specialist market, including lenders you cannot approach directly.
We are a trading style of Fort Advice Bureau, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for mortgage and protection business, FRN 972730. Many bridging and commercial loans, and some forms of buy-to-let, are not regulated by the FCA; where that is the case, we will tell you clearly.

Thirty years in financial services, from running his own IFA practice to regional management. Phil has gone back to the advice work he enjoys most, getting deals over the line and making sure clients are set up for whatever comes next.
Vish Kundalia

Fifteen years in the financial industry, including international compliance roles at HSBC, then six years as a whole-of-market adviser. Vish specialises in buy-to-let portfolio landlords and the specialist and adverse cases other brokers turn away.
